Tuhan Ampuni Aku (Fazan ft. Tompi)
I love this so much. It's not only about the great voice of Tompi or the sweet arrangement by Fazan, but also about the meaning and the soul of the music. If only Indonesian musics were as good as this one,,,, *sigh*
Falling Down for Something Good. But That isn't Even Worth the Pain
falling down is good but even better if it's painless |
Today I tried handstand again, the same routine everyday.
I've done a good job doing it with wall support so I tried to do it on my own.
from a couple days everything was quite good, I did for some seconds.
today I did it again, and I fell down, rotating into the front. I was happy that my adrenaline rose quite much, but the pain was shocking.
I'll try again tomorrow. hope not to do that silly mistake again. ouch.

5 cm
"Every time you have a dream, hope, wish, or anything you seek, put it here. not sticking on your forehead. left it floating,,,
hanging,,,
5 centimeter, right in front of your forehead."
"so that it wont leave your eyesight. and you will bring your dreams and hopes every day, you will see it everyday, you will believe you will have it everyday
everyday, and eveyday."
"whatever the obstacles may be, say this to yourself, that you believe in your dreams and you wont give in, that you will always stand again every time you fall, that you will seek for it until your hand reach it. whatever it is. let your dreams hanging 5 centimeter in front of you. and what you need to do is only ..."
only step further than usual, swing your hang further than usual, see the sky up there more, your “Cuma kaki yang akan berjalan lebih jauh dari biasanya, tangan yang akan berbuat lebih banyak dari biasanya, leher yang lebih sering melihat ke atas, make a stronger will, stronger than the rock and steel, and a heart that struggle for it harder that usual, with a mouth which will always pray.
“And you will be known as someone who still have his dream, his belief, his hope, not only a stack of meat that only have a name. you will be known as a man who believe in the power of dream and will run for it, not just a daydreamer, not just a worthless ordinary people who lost their purpose of life, flowing through the wind and beaten by the world, but someone who always believe in the miracle of dream and strong will and the magic of human faith that wont be able to be counted. and you wont need a single evidence to know whether they will be reality or not in the future because what you need to do to make them real is only believe they will.”
“believe them 5cm… in front of your forehead.”

5 cm (bahasa indonesia)
5cm.
“Setiap kamu punya mimpi, cita-cita, keinginan, apapun yang kamu mau kejar, taruh dia di sini, jangan menempel di kening, biarkan dia, menggantung…
mengambang..

Planning to Write a Book
I want to write a book.
it's not a sudden hopeless dream. I've thought about it a really long time before, but I do feel that I can do it some days ago (well it's still related to my last post)
I wanna try making a book. any book. It can be a chicken soup, a novel, a diary, a blog compilation (maybe this wont work), a love story, a schoolbook, a poem, a fiction, a junk, or anything else.
the 1st problem is that I don't really have much spare time (with my laptop). the 2nd problem is: I tend to lose my excitement. 3rd problem is: I hate no support!
so I've thought a solution (a simple one): work with someone. yeah, brilliant. time can be shared, excitement wont lose so fast, and we'll support each other! great!
now, who wants? and I'm asking YOU. seriously. really, really seriously. please. post a comment :))

Dare to Do a Handstand
I've realized something important in this world .
something that you need to do in order to get something. it is:
Now I try to break the first wall. I try to do a handstand. what's the point of it? don't ask. It's better that I try than someone who mock but too afraid to try. here is some review (sorry, no photos. Never think it'd work on me)
1st good work : cant get my feet up but can swing them, at least. fear of falling attacked.
2nd good work: made up my mind not to think about falling. and at last my feet touched the wall (I practiced facing my back to the wall)
3rd good work: can do a handstand 2 seconds without wall and 5 seconds with it.
wait for the best part! I'll try my best. :)
something that you need to do in order to get something. it is:
"beat your fear by facing and challenging it, a hundred failures but ends with winning is better than hiding away"that's right. I do feel that sometimes I don't get any better from time to time just because I think too shallow. I'm afraid. yeah, like "It's too dangerous" or "what's the point of doing that?". And it is me who realize the most how useless and meaningless the reasons are. I'm just too coward.

What would my child's name be?
yeah, I know this is kind of stupid.
but hey, have you ever imagine if you have your own family, got a beautiful wife you've ever seen (or husband if you're man), and have all the things done to have a newborn.
don't imagine the happiness or adorableness of your lil' cute baby, but think about a name. well after I got a real-like imagination, I got a fuzz thinking about it.
have you thought if your name is different from what it would ever be? yeah, shake-spear has told a quote, "what's the meaning of name" (it's just a simplified one, have no idea about the REAL one) but maybe if we got another name, things would be different, and maybe flipped off the logic.
yeah, some names are really related to the people, like the people with the prefix "soe" (soekarno, soeharto, soekarni, etc) or the name of john (people with that name tends to be something usual you know. the fact is john is the most name in UK), and other things that you or I don't even know. so that's why , it is important. now, what would we name our child? well the name is gonna be used for his/her entire life, and it's in your hand , the baby won't the name , will it. naming him/her with usual name seems quite old-fashioned but in the other hand, naming with a coiled-brain name will make him/her as a mockdump in the future . well I wont like that.
besides, there are some people who see someone by his/her name. you wont marry a girl named "donkey kongko" right? but still , if the name doesn't match the appearance, it's also gonna be ridiculous ("Edward Cullen" with flat face is something). a lot of trouble, and you now you are so blessed that your name is good enough (me too!)
P.S = this post is what inspired me to write this. click to see something interesting! :D
